MTManager.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices concerning content on our site.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on MTManager.org infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The exact URL(s) on MTManager.org where the allegedly infringing material appears
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to process your request. We aim to review and act on valid notices within 3–5 business days.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to keep it removed.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users or sources associated with repeated, verified copyright infringement.

4. Important Clarifications

  • MTManager.org does not host pirated or unauthorized APK/software files on its own servers; download links point to official or verified sources.
  • References to “MT Manager,” “MT Manager APK,” and “MT Manager Pro APK” on this site are used strictly for informational, descriptive, and identification purposes.
  • MT Manager is developed and owned by its original developer. Copyright concerns relating to the application itself, its source code, or its branding should be directed to the original developer, not to MTManager.org.
  • This policy applies only to content published on MTManager.org and does not extend to third-party websites we may link to.
